America Online and Klausner Technologies have settled a patent infringement lawsuit, according to a Monday article in the Washington Business Journal.

Klausner sued Time Warner's AOL Internet unit for $200 million, claiming that certain voice over Internet Protocol features of AOL's VOIP Total Talk/Voicemail service infringed on Klausner's patents, the article says. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
