Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is the latest superhero video game coming to consoles and PC. It's set for launch in 2022 but Thursday night, at The Game Awards, we got a first look at the actual gameplay from developers Rocksteady. And it looks pretty rad.
We've previously seen a cinematic trailer for the game featuring DC comics antiheroes Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang and King Shark taking on Superman, the Flash, Wonder Woman and the rest of the Justice League (brainwashed by Brainiac, of course). Now you can check out how the actual game will play:

Superhero movie adaptations have been in vogue as of late. The most recent super-movie-related game, Guardians of the Galaxy, surprised many by being pretty great. And Rocksteady Studios served up the Batman Arkham series, the gold standard for superhero video games. Odds are Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will follow in the footsteps of that legendary series.
Sefton Hill, the game's creative director, had announced we'd be getting a look at the game earlier this week.
