You'll find the famous Apple logo on the back of some of the best laptops on the market today, but quality like that doesn't come cheap. Thankfully, MacBooks have gotten so good in recent years that you can pick up a slightly older machine and still get a great laptop. The M-series machines use Apple's in-house silicon, and they're all blazing-fast.
Fortunately, right now, you can pick one up starting from just $720 in Woot's limited-time sale. The catch? You'll need to act fast. These new and refurbished laptops are limited in terms of stocks, and some deals have already sold out. The whole shebang comes to a close on Oct. 27, too, so now is the time to act. With both the powerhouse MacBook Pro and the iconic MacBook Air included, there should be a MacBook deal for everyone.
The cheapest model still available at the time of writing is the 2022 M2 13-inch MacBook Air. This refurbished machine comes with Apple's M2 chip inside, replete with eight CPU cores and 10 GPU cores. A 16-core Neural Engine ensures AI features, including Apple Intelligence, run nice and fast, and the built-in Magic Keyboard and trackpad are excellent. Right now, this machine with 8GB of RAM and a 256 SSD will set you back just $620.
Hey, did you know? CNET Deals texts are free, easy and save you money.
At the opposite end of the price scale, we have a refurbished 2023 16-inch MacBook Pro with an M2 Max at its heart. That chip has more than enough horsepower for most people, and is paired with 32GB of RAM and a whopping 8TB SSD in this configuration. It also comes with a Woot limited 90-day warranty for a cool $2,500.
There are plenty of options in between, too. A new 15-inch MacBook Air with an M3 chip, 16GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD will set you back just $935, for example.
