If you're looking for one of the best foldable phone options and don't mind a previous-gen model, then you'll do well to check out the Galaxy Z Fold 6. While it lacks some of the punch and a few features from the latest Galaxy Z Fold 7, it still has plenty to offer. There are a handful of deals, but stock is running out at a lot of retailers, so your chances of getting it at all are also running out.
The Galaxy Z Fold 6 has a 7.6‑inch AMOLED main screen and a 6.3‑inch AMOLED cover screen. Powered by the upgraded Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, it delivers super‑fast performance. Camera specs include a 10‑megapixel cover camera, a 4‑megapixel under‑display camera and a rear triple‑camera setup with a 12‑megapixel ultrawide, 50‑megapixel wide‑angle and 10‑megapixel telephoto lens, matching the previous generation.
As for storage, you can choose from 256GB, 512GB or 1TB, each paired with 12GB of RAM and Samsung’s latest One UI 6 software. The 4,400‑mAh battery charges to 50% in about half an hour with wired charging.
In our battery drain test, after streaming YouTube for three hours at full brightness on the main screen, the Fold 6 dropped to 82% -- nearly identical to the Galaxy S24 and better than other folding phones.

Best Galaxy Z Fold 6 deals Â
While Best Buy still has the Z Fold 6 in stock, it isn't offering any straightforward discounts. The unlocked model will set you back $1,900. If you opt to set up through AT&T, Best Buy knocks $100 off the price. Where you can save,, however, is with Best Buy's trade-in program. Latest model phones -- such as the iPhone 16 or 17 lineup -- can get you the most, up to $750 off. However you're more likely to be trading in an older model phone so don't expect hundreds off.
The retail price of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 at AT&T is $1,900. When you switch to AT&T, you'll get up to $800 per line to break your contracts. The $800 will be loaded onto an AT&T Visa card. The only other offer is $200 off for new line activations. Just note, this offer is online only.
If you don't need your phone to be in brand new condition, we highly recommend looking into Back Market. Back Market has refurbished versions of the Z Fold 6 for as low as $550. All phones on Back Market come with a warranty and go though an extensive inspection before being listed.
Samsung is offering the Z Fold 6 certified renewed for $1,429 for the 256GB or $1,479 for the 512GB model. Multiple colors are available and you can also potentially get trade-in credit for an older phone -- up to $606.
