This means you'll need to remain a Verizon customer for at least three years to pay off your phone. You'll be responsible for any remaining charges if you cancel before that period ends.
Apple's new iPhone 17 lineup is here, and Verizon is offering you a chance to grab any model for less right now. Customers on a qualifying Unlimited plan can save up to $1,100 when both adding a new line and trading in an old device. That puts the basic iPhone 17, 17 Pro and Air in your pocket for free, and drops the iPhone 17 Pro Max to less than $3 per month.
Samsung has increased the starting prices for some of its new Galaxy S26 phones, but these Verizon deals can still help you snag one for less. Just adding a new line on an Unlimited Plus or Ultimate plan will put the basic S26 or S26 Plus in your pocket for free. You can also save $1,120 on the Galaxy S26 Ultra with a new Unlimited Ultimate line, which knocks the price down to $5 per month.

Google's cutting-edge Pixel 10 phones hit shelves earlier this year, and Verizon is offering savings on all five models right now. Just adding a new line on a qualifying unlimited plan will save you up to $1,200, which scores you the basic Pixel 10, 10A, 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL for free, and the 10 Pro Fold for $19 per month.

Best Verizon plan deals
If you're looking to switch to Verizon, there are a few deals on various plans that may make you lean toward one or the other. Promotions on plans are less common these days, but you can often get some free extras -- such as free streaming services and music subscriptions -- with enrollment in some of the higher-end 5G plans.
There are a few things to note about Verizon's plans. First, Verizon often limits these perks to one per account, so only one person on a family plan needs to be on an Unlimited Plan to get the Disney bundle (Disney Plus, ESPN Plus and Hulu). Other people on the plan can be on cheaper plans like 5G Start -- though it is worth mentioning that Verizon limits access to its fastest 5G networks (what it calls 5G Ultra Wideband) to its pricier unlimited plans.Â
Your employer may also offer a corporate discount on plans, but you will need to check to see if that applies to personal accounts. Those who have Fios can check if a corporate discount is available at Verizon's Deals at Work site.Â
Are you a teacher, or is someone on your family plan a teacher? You could save on your wireless bill. Verizon offers a teacher discount of up to $25 off per month, depending on how many lines you have.
Verizon uses ID.me to verify eligibility, with the discount appearing on your bill in "one to two billing cycles." You only need to have one teacher on your plan to get the discount to apply for all lines.
Verizon's deal for nurses is identical to one for teachers mentioned above, with up to a $25 discount each month on wireless plans.Â

Verizon offers a discount to active-duty military, veterans and first responders. As with the deals for teachers and nurses, you only need one person on your plan to be eligible for up to $25 off, which will vary depending on how many lines you have.Â
Verizon is using ID.me to verify eligibility, with the military offer available to both active-duty service members and veterans. The first responder deal is open to "firefighters, police, EMS workers, retirees, volunteers and immediate family of those fallen in the line of duty."
Verizon's student discount is actually pretty good. You need to be an "actively enrolled student (including online enrollment) in a US secondary educational institution of higher learning, including undergraduate, graduate and/or vocational school or institution."Â
If you fit that description, you can get four years of discounts; one line gets $10 off each month, and two lines get $25 off. The discount is available on many current plans, including the Unlimited Welcome plan.Â
Verizon verifies enrollment through Unidays and caps the discount at two lines per account. The provider also requires annual verification of enrollment.
Verizon has a discount for customers aged 55 or over, though you will need to be in Florida to get it. If you do, you can get unlimited talk, text and 5G data for $45 a month on one line or $80 a month for two lines. Like the student deal, this is capped at a max of two lines per account.
One of Verizon's most appealing offers is that customers on eligible unlimited plans can add a variety of services and subscriptions for a flat rate of just $10 per month. That includes memberships, subscriptions and benefits like Walmart Plus, Disney Plus bundles, a 100GB hotspot and much more. At just $10 per month, signing up through Verizon could save you as much as $30 per month compared to signing up independently.
