The holiday season is almost here, and deals are kicking off from nearly every major brand. And if you’ve been eyeing a fitness wearable, Whoop is rolling out its holiday sale right in the heart of gifting season. The sale gives new and existing Whoop members an opportunity to save on memberships and accessories tied to the latest Whoop hardware. With discounts applied, memberships now start from $129.

If you’re looking for the most budget‑friendly option and don’t mind a certified pre‑owned device, the Whoop One membership includes a pre‑owned Whoop 4.0 for just $129, down from $199. If you prefer a brand‑new device, the Peak and Life memberships are your best choices. Amazon and Best Buy are also offering deals on select memberships and devices, giving you plenty of flexible options.

If you’ve been waiting to join Whoop or upgrade your plan, this is your chance. The Life Plan, powered by the new Whoop MG wearable, is discounted by $35 for the 12‑month option, bringing the subscription down to $324 from $359. If that’s a bit steep, the 12‑month Peak Plan is also discounted by $23, now priced at $216.

The savings extend to gear and apparel as well. You can snag up to 20% off Whoop 5.0 and Whoop Body accessories and up to 30% off Whoop bundles. These might not be the lowest prices Whoop has offered all year, but they’re still strong discounts, making this an ideal time to pick up the athlete‑forward fitness tracker.

The Whoop 5.0 is one of our favorites for sleep and recovery. Check out how it compares to the best fitness trackers we’ve tested this year.

Why this deal matters

Anyone who uses Whoop knows it’s more than a fitness tracker. The band offers a holistic look at recovery, strain and sleep in a way that makes training smarter. Moreover, deals on Whoop memberships and accessories are rare and the biggest savings typically land only once a year. That makes this holiday sale one of the best opportunities to pick up a Whoop if you’ve been considering it.
