Nintendo's brand-new Switch 2 has been the talk of the gaming world since it hit shelves back in June. Nearly two months after its release, gamers are still scrambling to get their hands on one -- especially since it's the only way to enjoy the latest Nintendo titles like Donkey Kong Bananza and Mario Kart World. If you have managed to grab one of these sleek new handheld consoles for yourself, you have a rare opportunity to add some hot new games to your library for less right now.

Woot recently kicked off a massive video game super sale, where you can score savings on various games and accessories for PC, Xbox and PlayStation. That includes discounts on Nintendo Switch 2 titles like Mario Kart World. Right now, you can pick up Nintendo's latest version of the flagship racing game for $72, a 10% markdown compared to the usual price.

That's not the only Switch 2 title on sale either. You can also grab the updated version of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom for $72 or the Switch 2 edition of Breath of the Wild for just $62. The online retailer isn't offering any savings on Donkey Kong Bananza at the moment, but you can grab some older games from this iconic franchise on sale right now instead.

Even if you haven't upgraded to the Switch 2, there are tons of other excellent offers on games, controllers, headsets and accessories for tons of other consoles, so be sure to shop this sale before it ends on August 1.

Why these deals matter

Discounts on the latest Nintendo games are practically unheard of -- especially when they're released alongside a brand-new console. So, a chance to grab a popular title like Mario Kart World on sale, even if it's only a slight 10% discount, is a rare opportunity that you won't want to miss. Plus, there are tons of older titles on sale, which makes this a great time to expand your library if you're a new Nintendo convert.
