The holiday season is inching closer. Whether you're hosting and want to stream holiday movies with family or you're looking for gifts for your loved ones, you'll want to shop Roku's wares. Black Friday deals are already rolling in on tons of top tech, and starting Nov. 20, you'll be able to save up to 50% off Roku devices, including TVs, media streamers, projectors and more. That drops its streaming gear to as low as $16 -- and subscription deals to just $1. We'll break down the details.

Roku is our favorite streaming interface thanks to its clean look and user-friendly design. And keep in mind that a streaming device is a great way to upgrade the TV you currently have. One of our favorite options is the Roku Streaming Stick 4K, which will drop from $50 down to just $25. A more high-end option is the Roku Ultra, which will also drop this Black Friday with a $30 discount that brings it to just $70. It's a solid option if you want the Voice Remote Pro and built-in Ethernet. If you've been considering adding a soundbar to your setup, don't overlook the Roku Streambar SE, which will simultaneously enhance both your sound and streaming experience. While it regularly lists for $100, it'll drop to $80 this Black Friday.

For budget-conscious shoppers, the Roku Streaming Stick will fall from $30 down to only $16. It's a basic model that'll get you access to Roku's interface. Alternatively, you can opt for the Streaming Stick Plus for $4 more, which supports 4K, provided your current television is compatible.

However, if you're looking to upgrade your TV entirely, you'll be able to save hundreds on select 2025 models. Roku is shaving $700 off its massive 75-inch Roku Pro Series TV, dropping the price to just $1,000. And if that's a little large for your taste, the 65-inch model will be just $800, a nice $400 savings. You'll also be able to get the 75- or 65-inch Roku Plus Series TVs for $600 or $500 -- a $400 and $150 savings, respectively.

Smart home bargains on Roku's home security cameras begin Nov. 17, with the Wire Free Doorbell falling to $50 -- a whopping $70 savings off its list price. You can also grab the Roku Outdoor Wired Camera for $30. That's a $20 discount on its list price. For inside your home, the Roku Indoor Camera will cost you just $15 -- or double up with a two-pack for $28. That saves you $15 or $27, respectively.

As for subscription deals, you'll be able to sign up for Howdy for $1 per month for your first two months or Frndly TV for $1 per month for your first three months starting Nov. 21. And starting Nov. 25, you can sign up for a Paramount Plus subscription for just $3 per month for your first two months.

These deals will be available at major retailers and directly from Roku.

Why this deal matters

Roku's streaming interface is clean and easy to use for most folks, but the devices themselves can get pricey. With Black Friday savings of up to 50%, you can totally overhaul the way you stream, whether that's with a discounted media streamer or a full TV upgrade. It's also an excellent time to grab stocking stuffers ahead of the holidays, so don't miss out.
