We saw some amazing tech deals this Cyber Monday, including some great discounts on top-rated tablets. Most of these bargains have expired now that the event has come and gone, but I found a holdover deal that scores you big savings on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11.

If you're only after the tablet, you can pick up the basic 128GB model for just $648 at Amazon. That's over $150 off and drops this model to a new record-low price.

You can also pick it up for $700 at Samsung. That's only $100 off, but you'll also get a free Book Cover Keyboard Slim (a $145 value) with the purchase. Plus, Samsung is offering up to $650 off with an eligible trade-in, which is great if you're looking to upgrade from an older tablet. These deals also apply to the more advanced Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, which now starts at $1,100.

CNET reviewer David Carnoy called this the "high-end Android tablet to beat," which earned it a spot on our list of the overall best tablets for 2025. He was particularly impressed with its sleek design, stunning OLED display and swift performance. He noted that it wasn't a "particularly good value" at full price, but its a much more competitive pick at this new record-low.

Why this deal matters

This is one of the overall best tablets on the market right now, so a chance to grab it at for an all-time low price is a serious bargain. Plus, there are a few ways to save, including direct discounts, free accessories and trade-in credits.
