Tempur-Pedic is still offering up to $1,000 off sets of mattresses and adjustable bases. How much you’ll save depends on the base and mattress you want to pair. For instance, Adapt and ProAdapt mattresses are $200 off, and the Ergo Smart Base is $200, totaling $400 off. The LuxeAdapt mattress is $500 off, and when paired with the $200 discount on Ergo Smart or Ergo ProSmart base, you get an additional $300 instant credit, taking your total savings to $1,000. The LuxeAdapt Select mattresses and bases are on sale through Sept. 10.

We're a couple of day past Labor Day now, but some of the holiday's best deals are still active. We've kept our eyes on these remaining Labor Day deals and suggest you make the most of them, while the products are still in stock. On that note, some of the biggest discounts still live are on mattresses. If you've been looking to buy your next bed for less, you should check deals from sleep brands such as Tempur-Pedic.

Now through Sept. 10, you can get up to $1,000 off on a Tempur-Pedic mattress when you pair it with the right base set. The dense and slow-moving Tempur-Pedic memory foam perfectly cradles your curves, and it's been a proven success for years now. So if that sounds like your next bed, you won’t want to miss this sale. There are some great options if you’re a hot sleeper looking for a cooling mattress, like the LuxeBreeze or ProBreeze mattresses. There are so many brands now around, but none of them do traditional memory foam quite like Tempur-Pedic.

To help you understand what this sale could mean for your wallet, I poked around on the Tempur-Pedic website to fully understand what’s on sale post-Labor Day. As expected, the more expensive Luxe beds are discounted more because they cost more. Where it gets interesting is pairing the bed with a base, which can save you up to $1,000 on your purchase.

Below, I’ll break down the sale and the new cost of a queen-size bed.

Tempur-Pedic Labor Day mattress sale

MattressSaleSale price
Adapt $200 off$1,999
ProAdapt $200 off$3,199
LuxeAdapt $500 off$3,799
LuxeBreeze $500 off$5,099
ProBreeze $500 off$4,099
ActiveBreeze and ProSmart Air Base $700 off$9,298

Tempur-Pedic Labor Day adjustable base sale

BaseSaleSale price
Ergo Power Base $100 off$1,499
Ergo Smart Base $200 off$1,799
Ergo ProSmart Base $200 off$2,299

You’ll get the biggest discount if you buy a base with your bed since Tempur-Pedic offers an additional $300 instant gift credit on top of the sale. For instance, if you’re interested in a medium Tempur-Adapt mattress ($1,999) and you want to pair it with the Tempur-Ergo power base ($1,499). You get a $300 instant credit on top of the discounts to get the $700 off. If you get the LuxeAdapt mattress ($3,799) at $500 off, with an Ergo Smart ($1,799) or Ergo ProSmart ($2,299) base, each at $200 off, the additional $300 instant credit will take your total savings to $1,000.

It’s a good deal, although I’m not sure the $300 credit would sway the average person to spend that much more for the base. If you’re not interested in an adjustable base, you can still buy a mattress at the listed discounts; you’ll just miss out on that $300 gift credit.

Adjustable bases are favored by many because they can help reduce snoring, combat back pain and improve circulation. There’s a lot to be said about having control over your sleeping position. Adjustable bases are also a game changer for people with mobility issues who have difficulty getting in and out of bed. If you want a new Tempur-Pedic bed and base, Labor Day is a good time to buy.
