Omega juicer on my counter

The Omega juicer stands out from the budget juicer crowd.

Macy Meyer/CNET

I'm a big fan of kitchen gadgets, but too often I wind up picking one up and barely using it before tucking it away into a cabinet to gather dust. The Omega Centrifugal Juicer is different. This baby can take everything I throw at it and deliver delicious juice, without a messy cleanup afterwards.

I swear by this juicer now, and it's available on Amazon for Black Friday at a 15% discount. That's just $68 instead of the usual $80. If you've been on the hunt for a juicer that doesn't require dicing your fruits before juicing, this is the option to check out.

How I use my Omega juicer

Most mornings, I'm not exactly bursting with energy. But tossing a handful of fruits and veggies into this juicer is almost meditative. Maybe it sounds strange, but watching the produce instantly turn into liquid gold or green-hued mush is pretty magical.

I've tried different recipes, adding apples, carrots, celery, kale, berries and even ginger. The 1,000-watt motor devours everything. There's no struggling, no weird sputtering. It's just smooth, vibrant juice in minutes.

The extra-large feed chute is the real hero here. I don't have time (or patience) to chop everything into tiny cubes. Thankfully, I don't have to. The chute easily fits whole apples and big chunks of veggies, cutting my prep time down to practically nothing.

Cleanup -- which is where most juicers and blenders lose me -- is shockingly painless. The parts separate quickly, rinse clean and can go right in the dishwasher. From start to finish, I'm done in less time than it takes to usually drink the juice.

Specs that just make sense

Here's what makes this juicer stand out from the budget juicer crowd:

  • 1,000-watt motor: It can power through dense produce like beets and carrots without getting bogged down.
  • Extra-large feed chute: I can toss in whole fruits and big chunks of veggies with minimal prep.
  • Dual-speed control: I use a gentler speed for softer fruits and a higher one for tougher solids.
  • Stainless steel blades and strainer: Parts are durable, sharp and easy to clean.
  • Compact design: It's surprisingly lightweight and doesn't dominate my limited counter space.
  • Dishwasher-safe parts: The cleanup is quick and hassle-free.
  • Quiet operation: It has a strong performance without sounding like a blender on turbo mode.

Why you should jump on this deal before it ends

Even at full price ($80), this juicer punches way above its weight.

Whether you're gifting it to someone who's been talking about "getting into green juice" since 2020 or you're just ready to upgrade your own morning routine, this is the kind of purchase that feels smart, healthy and maybe even a little luxurious.

Once you start your day with fresh juice, you won't go back to the bottled stuff. We're not sure how long this deal or supplies will last, so jump on it before you miss your chance.
