Give your fitness and wellness routine an upgrade by snagging some of Amazon’s Prime Day deals. I rounded up all the top wellness brands offering discounts and deals this Prime Day. If you’re looking to add equipment to your home gym, own a smartwatch to hold yourself more accountable or even supplements to support your fitness and wellness journey, there are plenty of deals to take advantage of.

Check out our picks below and if you’re looking for other deals for your home or entertainment space, check out these other early Prime Day deals up to 67% off.

Lagree Fitness

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact exercise method created by Sebastien Lagree to help you get an effective workout in as little as 20 minutes. Normally the practice is done in Lagree’s fitness studios across the country, but you have the option to do the workout at home as well. For Prime Day, Lagree is taking 50% off its Lagree Fitness To Go Line, so you can grab his signature Mega Ab Wheel, Lagree Sliders, Door Mount Bungee and Spring Shroud bundle and Inflatable Balance Pad. Lagree's Micro is also 20% off on the Lagree website, so it's the perfect option if you would like a compact machine that offers a full-body workout.

If you’d like to invest in some of Lagree’s bigger pieces of equipment, they’re currently 30% off from July 15 to July 21 on Lagree’s official website

Peloton
~Engaging live and on-demand classes ~Connects to multiple third-party apps ~You can play your own music during "Just Workout" or "Scenic" classes ~All-Access Peloton membership gives you unlimited profiles

If a Peloton Bike has been on your wish list for a while, now you can buy one for the lowest price yet. This Prime Day, you can snag the Original Peloton bike for 30% off at the low price of $1,084. With a Peloton, you’ll get to stream your favorite workouts from the Peloton library, including live classes and monthly challenges. Get the feel of an in-studio class all in the comfort of your home.

You can also check out Peloton accessories on Amazon because plenty of workout mats, cycling shoes, dumbbells and more are currently up to 40% off during Prime Day. Pro tip: If you’re planning on purchasing a Peloton Bike during this deal, you’re also better off adding a pair of cycling shoes to your cart, since the bike doesn’t come with them.

Amazon

Trying to improve your downward dog? Yoga blocks are helpful to get you into yoga positions you’re working on. Gaiam has its yoga blocks on sale this Prime Day for over 30% off. Normally $14, you can get this deal for under $10. You have plenty of colors to choose from as well to keep you motivated during your yoga practice.

Amazon

Adding a power rack to your home gym (if you have the space) is a game changer. Practice your squats, deadlifts and bench press with this one piece of equipment. The Sunny Health & Fitness Power Zone Squat Stand Power Rack Cage is a popular seller on Amazon and it's now almost 40% off the original price. You can nab this power rack for $219 for Prime Day. If you want to get a complete set, you’ll have to purchase the weight plates separately, but this piece of equipment is versatile enough that it’s worth it.

If you’re looking for a smart scale to keep you on top of your wellness goals, check out the Renpho Smart Scale for Body Weight. It’s currently $20 for a limited time and 40% off its original price. Although we haven’t tested this specific Renpho model, we have experience with RENPHO scales and enjoy their smart capabilities while also being user-friendly. The Renpho app is also easy to sync up to the scale and keep track of your data.

The Fitbit Charge 6 is an affordable smartwatch to help keep you accountable as you track your steps. It’s nearly 40% off this Prime Day and under $100. It’s one of CNET’s top picks for the best all-around fitness tracker and allows you to track your sleep, connect to fitness apps and workout machines, track your heart rate and even connect to YouTube Music and Google Wallet.

Android users looking for a smartwatch will appreciate the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 with its big and bright screen, activity auto-detection and long battery life (40 hours with always-on display turned off). The 44mm version of this smartwatch is currently on sale for Prime Day for $200, a nearly 40% discount on its original price. If this price is too steep for your budget, the Samsung Galaxy 4 40mm smartwatch is also marked down to $130, making it another affordable option.

At CNET, we are fans of Therabody’s Theragun massage guns. This Prime Day, take advantage of the sale and nab a Theragun Relief massage gun for $126, which is cheaper than many of the other Theragun models. This is one of its more affordable versions that consists of the same qualities that make Theragun a top-rated massage gun.

The Theragun Mini is one of our favorite massage guns because it’s compact and can be thrown into your carry-on, gym bag, backpack or purse while you’re on the go. It packs a powerful punch even compared to its bigger counterparts, so your muscles will be content for the relief anytime, anywhere. During Prime Day, you can snag the Theragun Mini for $149, $50 cheaper than its original price.

Reusable water bottles are better for the environment and S’well is one of our favorite water bottle brands. It currently has its Stainless Steel Roamer Bottle on sale for Prime Day. Take 60% off the original price, and get it for just under $30. The 64-fluid-ounce bottle is a solid choice if you’re looking to up your water intake during the hottest months of the year or if you’re looking to give the gift of hydration to someone else.

If you’re looking to buy dumbbells for home use, CAP Barbell is offering a deal over 20% off during Amazon Prime Day. I can vouch for this weight set because I own one, and it fits perfectly even in a smaller room. You get a set of 150 pounds of weights along with a vertical rack, so you always have them neatly stacked. This set includes a pair of 5- to 25-pound weights, an ideal amount of weights if you’re just getting back into working out.

Amazon

A foldable treadmill like the Xterra Fitness TR150 Folding Smart Treadmill is ideal if you have limited room in your home but enjoy running. The folding treadmill is currently over 50% off and marked down to $331. Although we haven’t tested the Xterra, it has over 18,000 reviews and customers seem to love that it’s lightweight and sturdy, along with its speed and incline options.

A good pair of weightlifting shoes can make all the difference in your lifts. If you’re new to lifting, we like the Adidas Powerlift 5 Cross Trainer as a beginner weightlifting shoe. I tested these and found the shoes to feel secure and flexible. I also liked the slight heel, which helped with squatting. The Adidas Powerlift shoes are part of Prime Day and currently over 40% off, bringing its price down to under $90.
