The vitamins and supplements market is not regulated by the FDA, meaning companies have fewer quality regulations to follow. Because of this, I relied on third-party certifications to prove the product contains what it says it does. We haven't tested all these products in-house; the choices are based on product research for vitamin and mineral ingredients. Are women's multivitamins effective?
