When it comes to Bloomington, Minnesota, Xfinity is the best internet service provider. Our CNET broadband experts have placed it at the very top due to its fast (and cheap) plans and widespread coverage in the area. The biggest downside is that the cable company jacks up the prices after the first year or two of service, unless you sign up for a price-locked plan at the start of service, which can cost between $10 to $30 more per month. But the good news is that Xfinity doesn’t lock you into a contract, so you can switch providers whenever you want.
