It's a light for your Kindle that's called a Kandle. Get it? Though it's a little cheap-looking, we do like its fold-up design. It also comes in black, but that model is currently priced at $39.99. That should come down.
M-Edge makes several styles of Kindle covers. We like the Executive, Platform, and Go, which all come in multiple colors. As you can see, this model accepts the optional eLuminator light (not included).

Oberon makes handsome handmade leather Kindle covers with impressive designs (several different options are available). They aren't cheap at $69, but Kindle owners who're looking for a cover that makes an artistic statement should check them out.
Octovo has a nifty little light called the Solis. When the little arm swings out, the LED light turns on. The Solis doesn't shine the most uniform blotch of light, but the design is nice and it works fine for reading at night.
We're not huge fans of sleeves, but we do like the look of the Timbuk2 "envelope" sleeves, though the price should be about $10 less. Multiple designs are available.
