Fugoo Bluetooth speaker rocks rugged design and 360-degree sound (pictures)

LAS VEGAS -- The Fugoo Bluetooth speaker rocks a unique design that aims to please everyone from the outdoor enthusiast to the average Joe. It packs six drivers -- two tweeters, two midwoofers, and two passive radiators -- on all four of its sides, enabling 360-degree sound.

Fugoo offers three different interchangeable jackets that vary in price and performance. The Style Jacket, the one in the front of the photo, is the most basic model and starts at $199.

The core speaker isn't highly visible when inside a cover, but taking off the jacket reveals the sturdy, all-black body. For a device that can withstand a 5.5-foot drop, it's pretty darn light.

Meant for those with a relatively active lifestyle, the Sport model features a more durable build and a variety of accessories for mounting the device.

The Fugoo jackets feature simple designs with a standard pair of power and volume buttons on the top.

The speaker charges using a Micro-USB port and a full charge takes around 3.5 hours.

Fugoo states that its toughest case is "virtually indestructible." Sounds like a Torture Test challenge to me!

Fugoo also offers a wearable Bluetooth remote that's sold separately. Like the speaker, it's waterproof.

Not only does the Fugoo Bluetooth remote work with Siri and Google Now, it has a bottle opener on the back. It's almost like this speaker is begging to party in a pool with you.
