BARCELONA, Spain--LG's new L-Style phones weren't the stars of the company's show at Mobile World Congress, but they're definitely worth a closer look. At the top end is the Optimus L7. It has a 1GHz processor, a 5-megapixel camera with a LED flash, support for HSDPA networks, and a gorgeous 4.3-inch display.

And best of all, it has Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

The L7 is just 8.7mm thick with a textured metallic finish that gives it a great feeling in your hand.

The midrange L5 also has Ice Cream Sandwich and HSDPA compatibility, but inside is an 800MHz processor and a 5-megapixel camera. Also, the display is scaled down to 4 inches across. Depending on the region, however, it can support NFC networks.

The L5 also comes in white. Its profile is a trim 9.6mm.

The L3 is the most entry-level handset of the trio. It sports a 3.2-inch display, a 3-megapixel camera, an 800MHz processor, and you're stuck with Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
