LookAway Player's interface does what it needs to (pictures)
This eye-tracking iOS app has a decent interface, but it doesn't do much beyond its main feature.

In the settings you can turn off Vision Control (though I'm not sure why you would), and you can use sensitivity sliders for both the look-away and muting gestures.
