Motorola Razr Plus
The Motorola Razr Plus and Razr are back for 2024. The Chicago-based company (owned by Lenovo) took last year's models another step further with new colors and finishes, upgraded cameras, Moto AI and Google Gemini.
Motorola announced the phones along with new cases with straps that let you wear them across your body or with pearls and gold on your wrist. Perhaps the biggest surprise is a new Bluetooth tracker called the Moto Tag that works on Google's Find My Device network, supports ultra wideband and has a couple of nifty features that other Bluetooth trackers should adopt.
The Razrs in 2024 have a new hinge that makes it easier to open and close and reduces the size of the internal display crease.

The new Razr Plus draws inspiration and its color from the original Razr V3.
You can run full Android apps and even games on the cover.

The Razr Plus has two new cameras.
Both have 50-megapixel sensors and one a wide lens and the other a 2x telephoto lens.
Four different colors of the Motorola Razr Plus: hot pink, spring green, midnight blue and peach fuzz.
The Razr Plus now comes in pink which is a direct nod to the original 2004 Razr V3 flip phone that was available in pink -- you know, the one Paris Hilton had.

Some cases are designed to be worn across the body or, like this one, just to show off more of your personality.
Perhaps one of the most surprising things Motorola is announcing is the Moto Tag, which actually got an audible gasp from the handful of reporters in my briefing. It works on Google's Find My Device network, supports ultra wideband and is compatible with all Android phones with bluetooth.
The Moto Tag can be found with any Android phone paired with it, but it also has a built-in button you can press to locate your phone. The same button can be used as a remote shutter button to take a photo -- again, another fun feature.
The Moto Tag comes in two colors, green and blue, and will launch in the US on Aug. 2 for $30.
