Apple has issued iOS 4.3 for GSM iPhone 4s. CNET takes a look at a few of the new features.

The Repeat Alert option in the Messaging menu has been replaced by an option to play the alert tone multiple times.

The hot-spot feature appears under the main Settings menu.

How many devices are connected
After activating the hot-spot you must set a password and then choose your connection options. Once you're set up, the bar at the top shows you how many devices are connected.
