The size of a large travel mug, at about 2 pounds the lens is still pretty big, though still far lighter than equivalent lenses designed for full-frame cameras.
In addition to supporting Samsung's i-Function system, the lens has a custom focus limiter. Both work in conjunction with settings you make within the camera body. There's also a lock dial.
