This washer-sink hybrid is sure to shake up your laundry routine (pictures)

Samsung's $1,199 Activewash washer may look like your average top load machine from some angles.

But it actually has a built-in sink.

Simply press on the latch in the door to lower the sink for use.

And snap it back into place when you're done.

It's really straightforward.

Press the Water Jet button to release water into the sink.

The water will come out of the blue jet.

It will fill the sink until it reaches its maximum level.

Then you can presoak or hand wash your clothes without needing a separate sink.

And, when you're done with the sink, simply lift it up and the water will drain into the washer.

The washer itself has 5.2 cubic feet of space.

It also offers many options in terms of cleaning cycles.

The display is intuitive and easy to use, too.
