At a special event in New York today, Samsung finally introduced the U.S. version of its popular Galaxy S II smartphone. Available this fall for AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint, the Android 2.3 Gingerbread device features a dual-core processor, a rear-facing 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD video capture, and 16GB of internal memory.
The AT&T version shown here has a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus touch screen, while the T-Mobile and Sprint models have 4.5-inch displays.

Samsung Galaxy S II (T-Mobile)
Here is the T-Mobile version of the Galaxy S II. All three models will run the latest version of the TouchWiz user interface, which includes an enhanced Social Hub, improved widgets, 3D animation, and an integrated task manager.

Samsung Epic 4G Touch (Sprint)
Though the other two will keep the Galaxy S II branding, Sprint will call its version the Samsung Epic 4G Touch. The smartphone has a 10 percent bigger battery than the first-generation Galaxy S phone and more motion and voice integration for task control.
