Taking shots with the Sprint Flash (pictures)

Although it sports a 12-megapixel camera, the Sprint Flash takes unimpressive photos. Here, a simple scene in front of a coffee shop is washed out on the left.

Not everything is a loss, however. Mannequins are sharp and in focus in this photo, and colors are accurately depicted.

The dark hues on the leaves underneath the flower petals are hard to distinguish.

Hardly any information was captured at all underneath the cubed building on the left.

Again, the sky is washed out on the left, but the building and the metal sculpture are in focus.

This photo of a fence mural has colors that are true-to-life.

The bright-red hues of this flower are completely washed out and indistinguishable.

Here, the details in the Christmas tree leaves are sharp with well-defined edges.

The white balance depicted in these orchid petals are accurate.

As we've already seen before, the bright flower petals are highly saturated and washed out.

This photo of the Contemporary Jewish Museum's front courtyard is one of the handful of good photos from the Sprint Flash.

For the mannequin on the bottom right, the dark hues in its clothing are hard to make out.

Though pant colors are vibrant, the white pair on the right is blown out.
