Tonight in Manhattan a handful of journalists were treated to a hands on demo of the Telepathy One, an infant concept in wearable tech that may or may not prove to be significantly different from Google Glass.

Telepathy One, like Google Glass, has a wearable camera and a projected display. But the internal tech hasn't been clearly explained, and it lacks eye-tracking.
