Sprint's exclusive Shine Gold shade of the G3 is also in stock. Sprint

If you've been checking off the days until you can get your gold LG G3 from Sprint, you can drop that marker and grab your car keys instead.

Sprint announced on Friday that it has started selling the Quad HD-screen smartphone in stores and online today, a full week earlier than the original July 18 release date. In addition to Metallic Black, you can also pick up the G3 in Shine Gold, a Sprint exclusive here in the US.

The phone retails for $600, which you can pay for outright, or with a plan that charges you $25 per month for 24 months (and $0 down.)

As icing on the cake, Sprint is also passing out limited-time cash reward cards: $150 if you buy now through July 24 and register by August 7, and $100 if you buy a G3 any time between July 25 and August 14 and register by August 28.

CNET has had a chance to review the global version of the LG G3, praising its 5.5-inch display, 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, and 13-megapixel camera. Check out our full LG G3 review here .
